Shipping Policy

Here at Bargain Kratom we understand the desire to have your kratom order as quickly as possible. We ship 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday) and do not have a set cut-off time, we package all the way until the last minute and do our best to get orders out same day but please try to order and pay as early as possible to allow us enough time to get your package together before daily mailing or it may not mail until the next day if we are experiencing a very high order volume day and you wait until the last minute to pay. Your order will be processed in a matter of hours or minutes and not days and will either ship the same or next mailing day depending on the time of day that you place your order. We strive to get you your order as fast as possible and appreciate your need for a quick delivery just as much as you do; we all work very hard every day to process orders and get them shipped out as fast as we possibly can.

At Bargain Kratom we are fully compliant with all federal, state, county and local laws and therefore are unable to ship to any jurisdiction where kratom is illegal. Kratom is legal under US Federal law but is illegal in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin as well as San Diego, CA and Sarasota, FL Counties, . We do not market or sell our products for human consumption but for soap making so we are fine shipping kratom to Denver, CO as their ban only covers kratom being marketed and sold for human consumption. In addition there may be county or local laws or ordinances banning the sale or use of kratom; it is your responsibility to keep up with your local area laws, ordinances and regulations in regards to kratom as we cannot be reasonably expected to have knowledge of all local regulations and we do ship to all other states.

If you live in an area with a kratom ban we encourage you to get active and support kratom legalization everywhere, try signing the petition with The American Kratom Association, a group who works towards and lobbies for legalization nationwide.

We also require all buyers to be at least 18 of age whether or not this is required by your state as a matter of policy. If you are under 18 years of age or kratom is banned or illegal where you live then please do not order from Bargain Kratom. If you must be 19 or 21 to purchase kratom where you live then that law applies to our store as well and you must be of at least the required age where we are shipping your order to make a purchase at Bargain Kratom/
