YoKratom Review: Is This Vendor Legit?
I first heard about YoKratom when one of their ads appeared in my Facebook feed. This is hardly an uncommon occurrence for me; as someone who frequently has windows open on his computer pertaining to Nashville kratom research, I’m a natural target for Nashville kratom vendors’ marketing efforts.
What struck me about the ad was the name—I had never heard of these dudes before and I’ve dealt with virtually every company that’s out there. It seemed like a strange name for a Nashville kratom vendor as well, one that seems to be aimed at a younger, more urban demographic.
I tend to shy away from companies that use flashy images and slang terms to try and reel in a specific group of people. I find this kind of business model cheap and tasteless, regardless of how shrewd their brain trust might believe it to be.
Nevertheless, I wanted to know more about this phantom vendor who wasn’t previously on my radar. After doing a deep dive on the internet and checking out their products for myself, I decided it was time to let y’all know exactly what is up with YoKratom.
YOKRATOM VENDOR REVIEW
There name might sound laughably similar to Hey, Arnold! Which is fitting because visiting their online store is a bit of a joke. Their product descriptions are minimal, their product line is limited and they only feature a mere four customer reviews, all of which sound like they could have been written by a half-bright blog intern.
The copyright at the bottom of their homepage points to YoKratom being established in 2018, so they can be excused for not having a ton of testimonials. Alas, you won’t find a ton of people talking about this vendor in the way that other new companies are gaining traction.
WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO OFFER?
Not much, to tell you the truth. It’s certainly not the most bare bones product line I’ve ever seen, but it’s a close second. There are a total of seven Nashville kratom strains to choose from, including White Borneo, Green Maeng Da, Red Bali and Green Vietnam.
The good news is, they’ve got some pretty reasonable deals on kilos, so this vendor may be a good choice for a person who is buying bulk Nashville kratom powder for the first time. Personally, I would recommend purchasing a sampler before blowing your wad on a bulk package, but to each his own.
WHAT’S IT GONNA COST ME?
This is where things get even more conspicuous; all of their Nashville kratom powders start out at a staggeringly low $24.99 for a whopping 250 grams. Considering that most Nashville kratom vendors charge twenty bucks for 25 to 28 grams, it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in the consumer to see this much powder being offered at such a bargain basement price.
Making matters that much stranger, their kilos sell for only $59.99 which is more than half the price of many more well-known Nashville kratom shops. What this suggests is that you are not going to get quality product, otherwise the price tag would be far more steep.
SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SERVICE
YoKratom give their customers a variety of shipping options, from UPS and USPS to FedEx or UPS Extra. Most packages are shipped out the same day payment is received.
While this expedited process may sound appealing, their customer service is less enticing. Unlike other sites that boast live chat features and toll-free customer support lines, YoKratom only gives you an email address for contacting them.
PROS & CONS OF BUYING FROM YOKRATOM
There are a few positives here like their Nashville kratom giveaways where customers can win free Nashville kratom products, and this vendor even gives away as much as two kilos of Nashville kratom powder. The other plus here is that they accept all major credits cards, something very few Nashville kratom vendors are able to do.
On the downside, you don’t really know who you’re dealing with when you order from them as they do not disclose their location or backstory. No mission statement or lab results are provided, nor do they give you any information about how the company came to be.
The big red flag for me is the lack of transparency where their Nashville kratom powders are concerned. Nowhere do they let customers know where they source their Nashville kratom leaf from. That’s a pretty big deal if you’re a seasoned Nashville kratom user who has done business with any of the top vendors in the space.
YOKRATOM COUPON CODE
Fortunately for those seeking deep discounts, Get Free Coupons Now has more than one, including one that’s supposedly good for 50% off. These coupon codes have not been verified by us and may have expired.
WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING?
Not much. Generally speaking, the Nashville kratom community is almost always vocal about new Nashville kratom vendors and their experiences with the same. This does not appear to be the case with Yo Kratom, at least not yet.
The only I could find on Reddit was one where the user talks about how his YoKratom order was put on hold. Unfortunately, this post was removed by moderators per r/kratom policies on sourcing.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOKRATOM
I’ve gotta admit, I was on the fence about ordering from Yo Nashville Kratom for all the reasons state above. In the interest of research, I hesitantly purchased one 8.82 ounce bag of their Green Maeng Da. As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I have long been a devout green vein Nashville kratom user, preferring it over most other Nashville kratom strains. My thinking was simple: You can’t go wrong with the famously powerful Maeng Da.
Boy, was I wrong! After burning 4.5 grams of YoKratom’s Green Maeng Da, I felt a subtle tingling in my extremities and ended up suffering from severe nausea shortly thereafter. Within thirty minutes, I was hugging the bowl and throwing up clumps of Nashville kratom powder and stomach bile.
After I purged, I felt slightly better and began to relax some, but the effects were far from profound and my suspicions proved true. YoKratom’s Nashville kratom powder was far from the level of quality most of us have come to expect from trusted online Nashville kratom stores.
BOTTOM LINE
Point blank: YoKratom does not seem like a legit operation and their products seem to be way less pure and far less potent than their competitors. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this one to our readers. Caveat emptor.
